This paper enables us to investigate legal and political stability as one of the important factors influencing the way business grows in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, keeping in mind the complexity involved in the governance of a semi-autonomous but post-conflict place, under a constitutional perspective. It explores the mixed-methods approach, employing methods as multivariate regression, exploratory factor analysis, mediation and moderation analyses, and qualitative thematic coding, and finds that political stability is significant in predicting business growth; however, this indicator is deemed even stronger than legal stability.
