"The Role of the Constitution in Achieving the Balance Between Stability and Justice within the Scope of Civil Law: An Analytical Study"

Abstract

This study aims to shed light on the role of the Constitution in achieving a balance between the goals of justice and stability in light of the principles of civil law enshrined in the Constitution. The study's problem was presented and a number of conclusions were reached, the most important of which is that the Constitution attaches great importance to achieving justice, which is its primary goal, while also focusing on consolidating stability through several direct and indirect means. The study also concluded that the Constitutional Court has an important role in achieving this balance.
